In the third quarter, JDcom’s net revenue was 260.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.1%; net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders was 11.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 47.8%; non-GAAP net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders was 13.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.9%.

This quarter we complet the stock repurchase plan announc in March this year and launch a new US$5 billion stock repurchase plan that will be effective until the end of August 2027, further highlighting JD.com’s firm commitment to shareholder returns.
