I give you an idea – sell a service as a product
The first time I did it was more than 15 years ago. At Coguan we set a price for content creation. Can you imagine? Back then, content was still created by hand! It seems like a century ago, but it’s also true that time is running out faster than before.
There were a lot of people in the industry
Who were upset because they poland whatsapp number data said it wasn’t possible to do it. So we did it. And with three levels of quality. It wasn’t the core of the business, but we had to generate income while Adshare was developing. In the meantime, we were selling Postshare.
We did a very simple thing: we gave a price to a piece of content. It’s something that seems super basic and many people did it afterwards. We turned a service (content creation) into a product that was the purchase of quality A, B or C content.
Then I saw it again a few weeks ago

They have set up an online shop where you can buy, among other things, the assembly of a wardrobe or even drill a hole in the wall for 5 euros. The curious (or not so curious) thing is that in the end they make their money with more complex services. They attract their customers to the website with social media campaigns.
Yesterday I had the idea of doing
The same with our Amazon agency. I have rich data already scheduled a meeting with the team to go into more depth on the subject and give it another go. Let’s see what comes out of it.
Then we have an exchange portal where we give something of low perceived value that is exchanged against something of high perceived value. Here I am still not clear on how to link it to our brand so that one thing helps the other.
I can’t stop thinking about what we have to do to go faster, knowing that there is no fast track. We have to continue with what we are doing. Step by step. We will get there.
